Chamberlain University

Hi everyone! I recently applied to Chamberlain University (Irving campus) and took my second attempt for the HESI exam last Saturday. I needed at least a 73% and I got an overall score of 70%. My GPA is a 2.87. What are my chances of getting in. I'm so nervous and have been stressing about it way too much.

No, you would get your transcript evaluation done after you apply for admission. They do an initial one with the admissions counselor then they send it off to be evaluated for your acceptance.  I have all of my gen ED courses done so I only have to do nursing courses. They took everything.

So is the transcript for what can transfer or acceptance

Yes, exactly

I'm just nervous. I applied to orginally the Jan 2025 program wanted me to try sept 2024 which made me rush it all. I'm nervous about GPA with all the colleges I went to. I know my HS was like 2.8/9 when I got my transcripts. So that was the final thing I turned in today. I got a 75 HESI and when they did their own calculation thing for a compact it was an 80. And for when I looked at my Delgado unofficial with most of my grades on it for other colleges it was like a 3.0. So I'm just trying to see what are my chances esp since they're trying to get me in next months program

You'll get in don't worry. My GPA was 2.87 I believe.

Any early acceptance signs? LOL

I am currently waiting for admissions comitee to review my file for Sept Nursing Program. I haven't heard anything, but I can access my email and canvas . Is that a good sign?

It doesn't show a line drawn through it so I'm not sure if a decision was made, but I did receive my financial aid awards letter today right before I got the call, IDK if that means anything

Did this mean you were accepted? I just received mine but haven't heard from my admissions advisor yet

@JasmineStu13 Sorry missed your last message. I am assuming you've received your acceptance.
