Hello all!
I am curious to know how easy it is to get into Chamberlain when you don't have a GPA of 2.75. I have spoken with an advisor today and he said that there is a chance I can get in without meeting the requirements of a GPA of 2.75. I have GPA of 2.0. I want to know how often Chamberlain does that. Has anyone been accepted to Chamberlain on such circumstances or heard of anyone accepted like this?
My situation is that I had a bad semester (Spring 2016) that ruined my nice GPA to get in. After explaining it to the Advisor he mentioned I could try to apply I would just have to explain why I failed that semester to the Admission Committee. He says this might work since I have three years of college behind him and I am currently doing summer classes. BUT if they deny my application I have to wait a whole year before I can apply again thus why I am trying to find out how lenant these people are going to be. Because my other option would be to wait, take fall classes and then apply for Chamberlain's January semester. So I am trying to figure out which one is the best option for me to absolutely get in. I don't want to wait another semester though as I have already taken three years of college. I want to finish. So should I take the risk?
I usually make Bs and C, more Bs than Cs. Out of 46 credit hours I only have gotten two Ds excluding my bad semester and those Ds are scattered far out between each other.
