Chamberlain College Of Nursing Reviews?

Published

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give some updated reviews about Chamberlain College of Nursing for the BSN program? I am currently enrolled in a traditional university, but looking to complete my degree earlier and found Chamberlain, but there is a mix of reviews, but many are dated back to 2010. I see they are accredited so I'm not so worried about that, but I am worried how well known they are as to maybe a traditional school. I do not want to pay money to not be able to get into a bigger hospital, but rather a small one. Yes, I also know this has to do with your drive and determination, but I have seen some people not be able to get jobs or decent ones doing the non-traditional schools. I already made a mistake going to Baker and if it's anything like that I do not want to apply. Also can anyone tell me how much it is a credit hour as it doesn't allow you to see any information on the website? How long is the application process and does it take long to register or is it something you can complete in a few weeks? How are the classes/curriculum? Professors? I will be attending the Troy campus in Michigan if that makes a difference. Any information is greatly appreciated!

I believe it's $675 per credit hour. They have a long list of prerequisites which you can do while taking your nursing classes. The cost came out to be really high for me so I chose another route.
