Hiiii!!! Just took the Hesi! How was your experience? Scores? What score does it take to get in? Acceptance stories?

I’m applying for the Sacramento campus and I’ve heard they are competitive! Really nervous!

Nice!!

Hello,

I’m considering applying for the Sept start as well but, do you know the application deadline for that?

I’ve submitted my application to Sierra and ARC & will apply to Delta as well. My overall GPA isn’t so stellar as I didn’t do well in college my first go around. But, I do have over a 3.0 & a 4.0 in my sciences...so, maybe I’m or competitive enough to apply.

I took the TEAS last week and got an 88% - have any of you taken TEAS? I’m wondering how you feel it compares to the HESI.

I received some advice from a student there that Chamberlain will take transfer classes from StraighterLine. An online school that partners with Chamberlain. It’s $99/mo. And about $59 for each class and it’s self-paced so you can finish as quickly as you like. It’s a great option to exercise to save a lot of money on classes and I believe you have until the start date of the program to submit those transcripts.

If I don’t make the lottery for ARC or Sierra, I’ll probably apply to Chamberlain but, again, I’m not sure if my application is competitive enough.

As long as you have over a 3.0 you should be fine ? I’m in the same boat and had a lot of C’s from when I attempted school the first time around.
I took the TEAS and got a 81% and a 93% on the HESI.

In my opinion, the HESI is easier because they ask more general questions where the TEAS was very detail specific for the science. So given your TEAS score (an 88 is great!!) I think you should be fine!
if you’re thinking about applying for September, you should do it now. I believe this app cycle runs until April, but the earlier you have an application submitted, the better. You can always decline your seat if you get in elsewhere.

I'll cross my fingers for both of us!

Hi I was wondering if you had all your science preqs done in order to get in?

I tried a few times. It says "internal service error". MMMM, that might be lucky for you? I have to laugh at myself a little, this anticipation is killing me.

I really do hope they call today. Best wishes for all of us! I'll be sure to let you know when I get the call.

This just happened to me! I'm hoping this is a good sign. They said I should know something by the end of this week, but I'm not really sure due to everything going on right now.

Hi anyone already in chamberlain program? How was the first semester and what’s classes did you take? As well how was the schedule?

I use the Chamberlain app! If you click on schedule (it’ll be blank), but from there use the 3 line menu button in the top right corner. I just click on registration status and it brings you to the ellucian website and you can view student records there!

how did you get login info? I applied about a week ago and they aren't doing HESI right now for obvious reasons. Did you get it when you took the HESI? Am I missing something?

Have you heard anything back after submitting your application? Are you applying for fall?
I’m not sure where you’d find that information, since I started receiving emails about log-in info after receiving my HESI results.

I got a call and a few emails because there was an issue with my transcripts and I submitted to letter. I haven't heard anything else. It sounds like the login info comes with the HESI! Damn, that's disappointing. It's probably a longshot for me to get in, especially without the HESI. I'm so nervous.

If I remember correctly they didn’t give me log-in information, I went on the student portal and acted like I “forgot my password” and somehow was able to get in. I really don’t remember exactly, I’m sorry!
do you have any prerequisites completed? Are you applying to any other programs?
we have allll been there! It is super stressful! If it’s not this fall, your time will definitely come soon ❤️

I've tried that and it hasn't worked ?

I've only done the regular gen ed classes plus chem, so this is the first school I'm applying to.

Has anyone heard anything yet? I am getting really anxious
