Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

You are correct, so you'll have 8 weeks from the start date which is the end of the January session (Early March).

for health and wellness, what book did you guys purchase?

For Health and Wellness I used Health Promotion throughout the lifespan (ISBN:9780323056625), Guide to code of ethics for nurses and Nursing (ISBN:9781558102583) , Nursing: Scope and STDS of practice (ISBN:9781558102828) . The first book we used alot but the other two was a waste of money. I'm not sure if they've added other books for the January session so you might want to double check.

im not getting those other books because my friend/co worker goes there and she has a lot of the books that i will be needing for my classes. so whoop whoop for saving money. however, i dont think she has the health and wellness books but she said to get the most important book and that looks like it is the health promotion throughout lifespan book. I am taking that class as well as philosophy online for the january session. transitions i am getting the book from her and will be in that class from 10-12 only on mondays.

Ive been MIA since Sept 30th on here!! sheesh!! goes to show how time/mind consuming nursing school + full time work is! Im soo tired!! lol

Hello and Happy Holidays!!!

Does anyone know if the student services will add your transfer credits to your student account by the time classes start because mine aren't posted on there. Maybe I will have to have them do it. Also, for nursing online courses, when will new student be able to login and find your class? I'm not sure if it's too early, but I tried it and nothing happened. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
