Has anyone attended or is currently attending Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta? If so, how is it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am currently attending a technical college and have done all of my pre requisites except for the sciences. My gpa is 3.40. I just found out about this school and I am very interested... thanks.

Prettyplay24, the loans through Dept of Ed are not credit based, however, any private loans you get through a third party (Sallie Mae, WF, PNC, etc.) are credit-based. I was told some 2/3 of students need outside funding after subsidized and unsubsidized loans. Many get private loans and may still need to be on the payment plan. This school is very expensive. I believe the first class to graduate will be in 2014 but what will be the outcome if they don't get a high enough pass rate for the boards? what will happen to the students that's still enrolled?

So far so good. A bit overwhelming at first but I am enjoying them.

These are busy classes...a bit overwhelming at first, but its coming together. It's a lot of reading so you're doing the right thing but reading ahead. Make sure to knew the nursing process.

Glad you ladies are doing great and you're all staying positive. I've been studying for the Hesi and I feel good about the test. I take it on the 23rd!!! What all is involved in Fundamentals?? In clinicals that go along with this class? Thx in advance!
