Hello everyone,

I am applying to about 13 nursing programs in my area. My number 1 choice school is Chamberlain in Addison, IL. I am applying to their accelerated BSN program. I studied for 2 years at my community college and got a 3.0 in pre-nursing courses as well as general education courses. After that, I enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago and am almost done with a B.A. in Psychology. However, my GPA isn't too hot at 2.5. I have two excellent letters of recommendations from a teacher and an employer and have been working as a caretaker for a senior citizen agency for 3 years. What do you think my chances are for being accepted? (Chamberlain requires a 2.75 min GPA, no letters of recs and no personal statement. However, I sent it all in anyways!)
