Does anyone know if you are allowed to challenge the florida lpn or rn exam and if so how to go about it.

My brother is a paramedic and has been told by quite a few people that its possible, but we keep getting different answers depending on where you call and who answers the phone.

Anybody actually do this ?

Seems that a paramedic would have met the qualifications for an lpn

I think you need to review the education, qualifications and expectations of both LPN's and paramedics.

Paramedics in Florida can not challenge LPN or RN boards. Maybe other states do this.

There might be some Paramedic to RN courses they can take. The problem is the clinical component is required in Florida. They've recently stopped the Excelsior College online Paramedic to RN because the lack of nursing clinicals.
