Challegeing A State Board For Lpn

Hello! I'm a Hospital Corpsman and about to get out of the Navy this August. I wanted to know what state can I go to to challenge the LPN Board in order to get my licence. I have 5 years experience and 2 1/2 Dental Assistant experience. Someone please help.

Congratulations!!

In order to challange I think it is indeed the combination of showing proof of pharmacological training, (documentation) and also your experience.

From what I've read you ought to successfully challange to sit for LPN, but, just now I do not know which states are more encouraging of this.

I wanted to post something positive for you while you wait for more learned folks to post about it.

You might even want to check out the forums at http://www.military.com under both Navy-corpsman and Army-Medic because there are plenty of posters there in the similar role and they may have more useful advice for you.
