Chaffey College Spring 2020

I didn't see a thread for Chaffey College Spring 2020 applications, so here it is! Who else has applied to Chaffey? Did you also apply to other schools ? Wishing the best of luck to everyone.

I called, today and they said we would know middle of next week! :)

yes, you will know next week in the middle so maybe around Wednesday.

Everybody who got above 62% on TEAS will pass the phase 2 ??

that what Im wondering too, what is a good enough score im assuming they will look at teas and the gpa but does anyone know about Chaffey is it a good school im from valley and I keep hearing how bad Chaffey is but I want to go there If I am in??? but scared if its a tough program or if it isn't a good school.. if anyone knows anything about the school please please let me know thanks in advance.

From what I saw Chaffey was ranked #3 in SoCal & they have a higher NCLEX passing percentage than Valley

The nursing department all so said we would receive an update in the midway of this week.

yes they have a higher NCLEX but I have heard thats because if they see a student not doing well in the program they push them to do LVN meaning that not much people make it to finish the program meaning less people take the test so that way they have a higher rate on the exam idk if this is true just what I've heard... yeah I seen the number 3 which I was confused if they are number 3 it would mean they are a good program I guess it depends on the student we are responsible for our success not the school. I mean im from valley but we have some good and bad things to say about the program as well no program is prefect. I just am so nervous, its hard because Chaffey doesn't tell us till next week, valley hasn't even send out emails or anything and then Loma Linda is great school but so damn expensive.. I just feel so confused.

I’m also from Valley but the chaffey campus is much better & I feel like it will be a good experience to see a different campus. Depending on the student that’ll determine their success, I haven’t heard anything bad about either programs though. I just want to get into one lol

I agree with you, with nursing you just got to go into any program that gets you in lol well if we are in at Chaffey together I’ll see you January! We going to need to have study buddies, lots of studying, and coffee ?
