Hello! I am Ann from the Philippines and I'm applying for Visa Screen next week, in the print documents section, they are requiring me to send them license verification again from the PRC and from my school were I got my BSN. I already availed their CES 2 years ago, do I need to send those documents again for evaluation? Isn't it that they have E-Saved feature?

Call them and ask them. Really, your best course of action.

At the end of the day, they couldn't care less about our needs. All they want is extra money. They might try to say you need to send the papers again, just put your big girl panties on and insist they just use what you already sent. Especially if things haven't changed.

The VisaScreen Renewal requires updated license validation according to the web site:

"Updated validations of every license you have held, including both expired licenses and licenses validated for a previous order if the validation on file is more than three years"

[Found here: https://cgfns.zendesk.com/entries/25621426-VisaScreen-Renewal]

To me this indicates that the document is time-sensitive. So regardless of whether you ordered eSaved, what matters for the license verification is the date on the document sent to CGFNS. If it is less than three years ago it can still be used for VisaScreen. If it is more than three years ago you need a new one.
