Cgfns verification of my registration im singapore nursing board

Hello!

pls i need help. Im on midst of processing my CES report. Cgfns has sent me the request form to be submitted at singapore nursing board for my verification of registration. However,the forms was meant for Philippine regulation commission not for SNB.

Moreover, all the verification from the Philippines has already received by the CGFNS and im only left with my verification here in Singapore.

Singapore nursing board strongly suggest to check and confirm to CGFNS if the form is indeed for SIngapore nursing board as all the details in applicant section are according to PRC registration and not SIngapore nursing board registration.

has anyone experience this before? Kindly pls advice.

Hello I_Heloise, I saw your post while trying to Google regarding this CGFNS verification for SNB. I have the same problem with you. CGFNS included SNB registration during my process for CES. Were you able to solve the problem? How did you do it? This is total headache.? Kindly please advice. Thank you.
