Hi! I just graduated BSN from the philippines and didn't take my local board exam because I don't intend to practice there. I am a permanent resident here in the US and already applied for CES to CGFNS, but they are requiring me to send a letter that should why I didn't take my local board exam and need to attach passport stamp when I left the Philippines. Any idea or anyone who can help me. Thank you.
