CGFNS exams

Hi everyone

I just stumbled on this site... looks really interesting

I'm an RN in Perth, Western Australia, and I will be sitting my CGFNS exams in March, as I am hoping to nurse in the US

Has anyone sat these exams before?

Have a look in the international section as I am sure some have taken the CGFNS exam. Do you have to take it as most states just ask for CES and just take the NCLEX as that one is required for all states whereas the cgfns exam isn't

Thanks Silverdragon

When I started inquiring, I was told I needed to take it for the majority of states. My boyfriend is in TN, so I'm pretty sure I need it for there. I really struggled to get information though, and I just went ahead and started the proceedings. That was at the end of July!! I've since been told that I could have applied to another state, but as I've already paid all the money, so I may as well just take the CGFNS exams.
