Cgfns cvs ny applicAtion help!

Hi! Please help me.. I just finished my application in cgfns cvs ny connect, printed the 3 documents and already paid through a bank draft. My question is that

1. When i logged back in in my cgfns connect account, my order number is now not available when in fact it was just 3 days ago when i sent my payment through the bank

. What do i do?

2. I attempted to hand down the authorization letter to my school registrar but she said that there is another document that i have to bring . I am confused what is this document she is saying because it is not there during my application,

3. Prc here in my province want me to personally hand this letter to their main office in manila, they said i have to persoanlly appear in there main office.

please shed me some light on this problem/s. Thanks so much
