CGFNS Credentials for Canadian nurse working in US

Hello everyone,

I'm currently a Canadian BScN student and I am interested in working in the state of Nebraska. The Nebraska BON has informed me that I do not need to apply for a VisaScreen for the license application.

Do I still need to apply for the VisaScreen to find an employer and obtain a visa?

Yes visa screen certificate is required for work or immigrant visa
