CGFNS does not approve a CES, they only document the breakdown of your training. It is up to a specific Board of Nursing to make the decision of whether or not that they will accept your training.
CES is only a credentials evaluation and nothing more. You will need training in clinical and theory hours in each of the required areas. The hours are not that many, the issue is if you had both and at the same time. The US requires that clinicals and theory be done at the same time.

CES is an added service from CGFNS. It's purpose is to give a report of all your educational and professional credentials to your preferred BON. They are not a decision making body. if you want further information, please do not hesitate to visit http://www.cgfns.org.

Thank you all,
so does anybody know what the minimum requirements set by the Florida Board of Nursing and/or the BON in California are? ...concerning the hours I should have been trained in the following subjects?
Anybody out there to help me by telling me what was sufficient for the FL BON and/or CA BON (maybe even in their own case...) regarding these hours of clinical practice and theoretical instruction? Anybody out there with any advice on this matter? Please help!
