CES status: RECEIVE BUT NOT ACCEPTED

Hi everyone! I wanted to take the NCLEX exam and I just sent my school and PRC documents to CGFNS last month. I received an email from CGFNS,1 week after I sent the PRC document and they said that the Licensing date was not there. I checked my own copy and was sure it was really there so I called CGFNS (which is an international number) thrice to make the issue straight. So to make the story short, they said I needed to pass a new document which I did last week and now they sent me another email telling me that they have received my document but they have not updated my status yet on their page. It is still RECEIVE BUT NOT ACCEPTED, which was my status the first I sent the PRC document. It has been 3 days since they sent me the email,stating that they received the document. But have not updated my status yet. Do I need to call them now?Thank you for the reply. :)
