Certified Home Health Aide Supervisories

My apologies if this question has been asked and answered in the past. I did a search and couldn't find anything. For perspective I am at a Home Health agency in California

What do other Home Health agencies do related to compliance with the CHHA every 14 days visit being done? Do other's track, and plot the visit for the nurse for a CHHA supervisory visit, then also track whether or not it was done, and then communicate the the nurse's manager if it was not done? Or do other HHA just take the hit if upon survey they are out of the 14 day compliance reg?

Any and all assistance is appreciated in advance.
