Cedars Sinai New Grad RN 2015

Hi all, I didn't see a thread for the new Cedars-Sinai new grad program so I decided to make a thread. I submitted my video interview last week and was wondering around how long they take to respond. Thank you in advance.

For those of you who were able to apply to the Cedars Sanai new grad program in Summer 2015, how did you do it? I had called them over and over again before they opened the application. No one was able to tell me an actual date or time that it would be open, only that it would be for just a few hours. Then they told me to make a profile and set it up so I'll get an email when it opens, which I did do, but I never got an email and before I know it I guess the application period just came and passed. Lost and confused. Anyone have any words of advice for the next application period? How do I apply/ find out when to apply?

I just want to know how anyone found out about the new grad position? It's like Cedars is running a secret society of Illuminati nurses. It boggles my mind. They leave their job posting up secretly and a bunch of people sign up and then *poof* its gone. I'm assuming its all the type A personalities from nursing school constantly checking. It just pissed me off because I graduated in August 2015, I've done my clinical at Cedars, and I never get the chance to sign up for their program. I have about 10 classmates that are working their now. I'm feeling hopeless and annoyed. I don't want to leave L.A. because 1. I'm from here. 2. I have a partner that can't leave due to his job. Anyway ending my rant. But yeah, any advice will be helpful.

Lol I want to know the same thing. Your post cracked me up though. Hahaha. I called to ask when their posting would be up and they're all like, "around this time of the week, can't say what time, and will only be posted for like an hour... Good luck". Gee thanks! Lol
