Hi, making this thread for those applying to Cedar Crest in 2025.
You'll find the communication with Cedar Crest can be a bit all over the place. For those who do get in, make sure you submit your deposit ASAP as they do not tell you that once deposit slots are filled to a point you are then on the waitlist after as this happened to a few people in my year (current student). Naomi typically calls with acceptance decisions however some people never even got a declination notice, again communication all over the place. Good luck everyone!
MrKetamineKing said:Wait so they don't notify you via email? They call? Is the deposit the $1000? Do they update the portal?
We were called, our portals were updated, and we got letters in the mail. I believe our deposit was $1,500. Most who did not make it saw the update in their portal but there were at least two I know of who just didn't get any communication and their portals weren't updated. It's a great program but sometimes the communication is a little spotty.

Good to know. I'm praying it's a quick turn around.
