CE Broker????? Help

What is the CE Broker all about? I am living in NC, but want to keep my FL RN license active. I recently received this flyer in the mail with my renewal notice about the CE Broker.

Please let me know if I am reading this right .... so, I have to sign up with this web site, which is going to manage my continuing education records and I have to pay a membership fee of $35.00??????? Is this fee for one license as I am also a licensed nusing home administrator. So, will I have to set up another account for that license too? Wow, they get you coming and going.

Ok, what about CEU's that I earn that are not a part of the CE Broker? They no longer count?

I certainly hope someone in Florida can help me understand this craziness. Thanks in advance for your help. Patrick
