I have been conditionally accepted to CCSF's Spring 2015 program! Anyone else?
The only thing holding me back is the whole CCSF losing its accreditation issue. Anyone have thoughts/comments about it? I don't know the full story :|

Hey there! Me too!! I am definitely submitting my acceptance! But I'm also waiting/stressing out about what happens to the accreditation, I'm being optimisitic...Where are you from? Are you going to move to SF?
Same! I've heard only good things about their program, so I'm trying to be optimistic that the program and the school itself will stay open.
I'm from Walnut Creek/Concord area so I don't want to commute.. Haha, so I'll be looking for a place to move either in Sunset District in the city or Berkeley. Hbyou?!
Yeah me too! I think after the first semester I will probably move to the sunset are or daly city. For now I'll commute form the east bay...
Yeah.. After I thought about it for a few days, I think I'll be commutting too til I find the best option for housing. It's so expensive to live in SF

I'm currently in the program and commute from the Concord area. It's actually not bad if you use Bart. The school is across the street from the Balboa Park station. Driving for clinicals is when it sucks.
@chasngmydream,
How are you liking the program so far?? Any advice for us when we start in the Spring?
@chellessss
I'm loving it! It's not easy by any means, but well worth it. It takes dedication and discipline because the stress factor is through the roof most of the time. Congratulations on getting in the program and get ready for wild ride! Good luck :-)

Do you plan on doing a bridge to get your BSN afterwards?
But thank you! Good luck to you as well! (:
Yes, I'll be doing the bridge at SFSU. Nowadays it's necessary to have a BSN. I would have gone that route from the beginningg if not for the price. It would have been exponentially more expensive than going the community college ASN route.
Yeah, exactly. I got into Dominican University's program last semester, but tuition was soo expensive. I also got into Stanislaus last semester, but their program is 3 years for a BSN and I'd rather save money for my first 2 years and then do a bridge to get my BSN.
