CCRI Fall 2018 Nursing Program

Hello All!

So, I just took my HESI A2 exam on January 9, 2018. My overall score was an 85. I am anticipating applying to the program this February, for Fall 2018. I'm a bit nervous at the moment, because my current points is 164.9; that includes my HESI score. I was told by an advisor that each application cycle varies in regards to the points and campus assignments, based on the applicant pool. Just curious to know who else is considering applying for the fall as well?

Has anyone applied for the program yet? Lol

Just applied to Warwick, Providence and Newport with 186.7 points. Crossing my fingers!!!

To answer some previous questions... I was strongly advised to take Physiology and Microbiology before the program. I've already taken Physiology with Cindy Hansen at the Liston Campus. She's a good and fair teacher but the subject matter is difficult. I plan to take micro over the summer.

I applied yesterday for the program. I am extremely nervous mainly because of the financial part of it. I'm worried that I won't be able to handle work and school and end up leaving my job. I have to make a sacrifice if I want to make a big change in my life.

I should of waited until the end of the month to apply so the waiting period seems less. I'm trying not to get discourage if I don't get in because I can always re-apply in the summer. I wish everyone the best of luck! keep me posted.

I haven't applied yet, only because I want to apply closer toward the end of February. I am anxious as it is so applying earlier and having to wait longer will kill me. There are many students who have already applied so there's nothing wrong with doing so! Good luck 🍀

Hello all!!! I just took my Hesi this morning and got a 93. I applied for the Fall semester when I got home!! LOL....anxious much?? I just got done reading a ton of older threads about all the people applying and their wait and finally getting their acceptance emails....super excited and nervous! Good luck to everyone!!!!

I just applied today with a total of 182.8 points. The anticipation has already set in. My first choice was Newport, second choice was Warwick, third choice was providence. Has anyone else applied? Also, good luck to everyone!!!!!

Hi everyone. I just applied to all four campuses for the fall semester. I heard who gets accepted is really determinded by who else applied at the same time so I'm feeling a little nervous. Just wondering when they usually will send out the letters saying who was accepted and who isn't?!

They will notify us via email first and then they will send out letter to those who made it into the program.

As of tomorrow, the real countdown begins. I wish everyone the best of luck and please do not get discouraged if you don't get in this time because the summer is around the corner to try again.
