CCBC Spring 2020 Cohort

Published

Hello, I am starting a topic for the cohort at Community College of Baltimore County who will be applying for the Spring 2020 semester. I know that applications will be due soon at the end of this month, so please share your nerves, questions, ect. Good luck everyone!

I called earlier they told me a couple of weeks for the decision.

My current application status is as follows:

CAS only says my application has be “Verified”

On Simon my application doesn’t say anything.

No seat fees and the last email I got was that my application was under review on Aug 22nd.

I’m at peace, with a sprinkle of anxiety.

So definitely next week!

It's been the same couple of the last couple of years. Between 10/22-10/25. My guess is Thursday!!

I'm so nervous, I already got decisions from Towson Traditional BSN and UMSON Traditional BSN, and I didn't get into either. Super discouraged but hoping for the best with CCBC ATB.

My gpa isn't the greatest (and the CAS system made it even worse).

I got a 76% overall on my TEAS and an 87% in reading though, so I am hoping that helps.

I only have one Pre Req in progess (AP2). And I am a student at CCBC currently, idk if that helps or not.

hi everyone. finally coming in here bc i've been eyeing this thread for a while. super super super nervous abt this decision. just coming in here so we can go on this little journey of anxiety together... it's easier when you have people with you.

is anyone here going the ATB route? if so, what school?

when they send us an email, will it have the decision? also, will the seat fee pop up before they send us an email?

They said the ATB will come from the school you applied to a week or 2 after the CCBC emails

does anyone know what happens if you get into the ccbc program but not the atb?

If you get accepted to CCBC Associates program only, and the university denys you...you can accept the seat at CCBC and after a semester in the program you can apply for ATB 2.0

I think you can apply to ATB 2.0 twice, so you have multiple chances to get in.

I applied to CCBC essex and towson. The email you get from CAS will have your CCBC decision, and in past years the seat fee has popped up before but who knows for sure lol.

as of 9:30am it's still saying SHP received and under review. i am so nervous
