Is anyone applying to Community College of Baltimore County, CCBC, Nursing Program for Spring 2017?

Don't give up! They will accept you in Jesus Name. Are you also applying to other schools? If so which one?

Specializes in CICU.

No I am not applying to other school. I am done with all of my pre-reqs and I only have one B in Psych 101. If I get accepted...... fine, otherwise, I will take some more classes and apply for ATB program fall 2017.

did you applied to ccbc?

How did the TEAS go for you? You said you recently took the exam.

Specializes in CICU.

overall 75.3%, Reading 61.9%, math 86.7%, science 81.3%, english language usage 73.3%.

if my score in reading was above 69%, then I would have a good hope. Unfortunately, I did so bad.

I think they will not even look at my application coz I did not meet their criteria for TEAS

I do recall them stating that our reading score needs to be above or at least 69%. You should definitely contact CCBC/the nursing department to double-check. You never know!

I feel same way to my teas score is horrible 60% overall and 59.5% reading my GPA science is 3.3 prerequisite 3.1. My science on teas was actually high SMH, I have faith in both you in I, you never know just pray. It does say reading has to be 69% or higher but we do have proficient which clearly means we are able to read lol don't feel bad I applied for spring 2017 catonsville day as well and just took my teas on 8/13/16, do don't beat yourself up hopes this makes you feel better. It also says criteria can change without notice.

How long did it take to receive your TEAS results? Also, did you take the online version versus the paper version of the TEAS?

I took the online version at a psi center it took about 43 hrs and I took the computer based exam how about u.

Hello everybody, I also applied to CCBC Essex day program. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I get into the program on my first shot. I still have A&P 2 and Ethics to complete this coming semester. I didn't do that great on my Teas exam but did end up with proficient and 76.2 on the reading. Just hoping that is good enough to get in with.

Hello, Sorry i am jumping in late. I applied to CCBC spring 2017 program catonvilles I also applied for the ATB program. My gpa 3.0. only got a 64 which is proficient on the teas but an 86% on the reading portion. I am also taking Chem nutrition and stats this fall. I hope i have a chance! if not just apply for the fall 2017. I have read in old All nurses comments and people with three pre-q's while still applying have gotten in. so i hope!

I'm sure you will be just fine! I mean, you've met the requirements so really all you can do is keep being positive :) Has your CAS GPA updated? I'm quite confused on how they calculate it. It is quite off compared to my real GPA. Any insight?

how do you look it up?
