Hi all...  I'm in NJ . A long story short! They put charges on me drug related. Don't judge because all I do is work full time at 5 night shift and I went to school in morning for 4 days a week. Definitely no time to involve with those stuff. 2 months later they send a dismissed  papers. I had never gotten a court date appointment. Became  my case got transfer to a Grand Judiciary office to determine upgrade or down grande but they dismissed the case. no billed . No conviction.  Now I do the Castlebrunch background check it Positive  but in the charges status is disposed no billed,none  reposted. My LPN program coordinator said she cannot accept into the program even thought she accepted but the BON will not issue a license. I have tonget it expunged first but I don't want to miss the opportunity in this years. I'm about to get lawyer to handles the case.but I will take a long time with court but I  saw many students reach out to BON but I don't know where to get the contact and who will be write to on letter. I search in Google but it not specific info  I'm living in NJ anyone please  let me know.
