Has anyone ever gotten this as a result on an affinity drug screen? It was initially resulted as value out of range, which has happened to me before, but now it says case manager determined prescription positive.

Ya, twice with my Klonopin that they knew I was taking. It would only be an issue if you were prescribed it but were not authorized by the program to take it, or you didn't notify your case manager about the medication
If it's OK to take, and they know, you're fine

I take a prescription that metabolizes as a barbiturate. It always posts as "value out of range" first until the MRO reviews it. Then it becomes "prescription positive.”
Then you're good

Mine would always post as "positive" and then my CM would change it to "prescription positive", it never posted as "value out of range" for some reason
