Samuel Merritt University Application ELMSN Spring 2019

Specialties Case Management

Published

I was just wondering if anyone's applying to SMU's ELMSN - Case Management for Spring 2019?

I took my HESI today and I can finally complete my application. Hopefully I have enough time to get everything in by the July 1 deadline.

It would be great to hear back from fellow applicants (:

Thanks!

Yes! 9/19 at 4:30 pm. I am constantly checking my email and want to just cry lol

Was there anyone who applied and got accepted to both the ELMSN and ABSN sacramento cohort and will not be accepting their spot in the ABSN program?

@jackiewackie I hear ya there. I already emailed Katharine Levya to find out why I haven't heard anything. She responded earlier this week just saying that due to her vacation and the spots not being finalized we would hear back in early October. I guess that means we might not hear until next week... :(

Hi! I posted in the ABSN page but I got into both and will be giving up my ABSN spot for the ELMSN, CM. Hope that helps!

On another note, I applied to the FNP track too but didn't hear back. However, on the acceptance webpage I saw I was waitlisted for FNP, but I never got an email notice for it. It's strange.

Which campus did you apply to @signedanonymous?

I am number 1 on the waitlist for Sacramento's ABSN program.

What acceptance webpage?? Can you link me

@Studentnurseintraining Sacramento! I submitted my decline today, so hopefully it'll be updated next week and my spot will officially be yours :)

@jackiewackie44 The acceptance page is Admitted Student Portal | Samuel Merritt University - but I don't think the school provides you a username & initial password until you've officially been admitted.

That's awesome! Thank you for the information! Good luck in the ELMSN CM program!

Is anyone else still waiting to hear back?

Yeah, I'm still waiting

I'm still waiting as well...

To my CM people:

Was anyone else surprised we got interviewed by only 1 person? The email we received from the school told us to be prepared for a panel interview! The fact that only one interviewer got to know us beyond our transcripts makes the wait a little more suspenseful.
