Case logging

Do any of you CRNA's keep track of your cases, and if so, what program/software are you using. I have a PDA, but recently switched to a Blackberry. Are there any programs out there, which are the best/easiest to use etc. Thanks for any info

Our program uses Medatrax...you can get from Medatrax.com. However, I was about to get a blackberry too but apparently Iphone and blackberry is not compatible with medatrax. So I will be getting a windows mobile PDA phone now. With windows mobile, epocrates and medatrax both are compatible which is a nice combination.
