Casa Colina 2025 New Grad Program

Does anyone have any details on the open house tomorrow? Will there be interviews? How long will it last? Can't seem to find any of this info in past emails.

No, sorry. But I emailed them and also got a rejection email in return.

I am so sorry to hear that you did not get selected. Hope you get a job soon 🙏🏼

I started the 15th and  it's just one other person that got in with me, If they said they are still making decisions then maybe there will be a few more? Bc I know they hold the orientations every couple of weeks for new hires.

Congratulations ☺️

May I ask, what do you think set you apart from the other candidates and got you the job? Any certificates? Internal recommendation?

Honestly, I'm really not sure. I do have my ACLS and PALS. I'm not an internal candidate either. I think it's because I've been on so many interviews that when I got to this one I wasn't as nervous and felt pretty comfortable and confident in my answers.

They did an open house for just 2 new grad positions? No wonder they didn't want to tell us the exact number of people they were going to hire 😅 they made it sound like there would be a lot more. Nonetheless, thank you for letting us know and goodluck on your journey there! ☺️

May I ask how it's going for you so far? How's the culture, the environment, do you like it so far?

That's great for you! Congratulations again 🙂
