Carrington College Sacramento. Can you get into the LVN to RN program if you have a B in Microbiology class?  TEAS Score78% and 3.8 GPA. Did anyone go to carrington college for their LVN to RN program?

Hello, 

I attended one of their zoom info sessions for LVN to RN in Sac.  You have to have a "B" or better for courses to be considered transfer credit/ to apply. TEAS you have to have a minimum combined score of 58%.

So you can still get into the RN program with an B in Microbiology class ?

I have not. I'm planning on applying but having an B in Microbiology discourages me.

I would apply anyways; they select 24 student and 3 alternates. RN programs start dates are Feb, June and September from what I recall in the info session. Good luck!

Where did you get your LVN license? Also, have you applied?

I went to Unitek College (sacramento) and I have applied for LVN to RN program at carrington college (sacramento) waiting to hear back if I get accepted or not.
