  1. Hi everyone! I got an acceptance email on Thursday from ARC. This is my 5th time applying to ARC nursing program; 3 with their online application and 2 with their mail-in. I also applied to Sac City but continued to get denied and never had the scores for Sierra or CSUS. For my stats this time around, I had: 75 points total 3.7 GPA in science, 4.0 GPA in non-science pre-reqs 73.3% TEAS. before, it was a 69.4% then a 69.8% and after I retook that 3 times, I was able to get 73.3% LOL points for having a CNA license points for having proficiency in another language points for financial hardship aka FAFSA LOL For those that did not get in this time around, do not give up or feel discouraged! Look how many times it took me, with not the greatest of scores and I also had to retake my pre-reqs again! That was a whole 'nother year because the Anatomy I I took at ARC didn't transfer to Sierra, so I had to do the whole A&P I and II series again ? Best of luck ❤️ For those who were accepted, there is a facebook group for ARC Nursing Fall 2026 cohort to help each other with any questions we might have or to navigate everything together.
  2. For last years application, I got a rejection email eventually. Weeks after they ended LOL. I wonder, since this is the second application they are using their online system, there might be a delay in how emails get sent? I understand the frustration though because I just want to know!!
  3. Hi! It still says "submitted" for me. Hopefully this does mean you got in and everyone else will get results soon. ? do you mind me asking your TEAS score/overall points?
  4. I submitted mine as well! Good luck everyone ? may I ask what everyone got on their TEAS score? Just curious. I got a 64% the first time and 68% the second time. Studying again right now to bring that up but man is it hard ? I've been using every online resource I could find though!
  5. Hi! Sorry it's been so long since you responded. Do you get a choice of AM or PM or do they just assign it and are like welp good luck figuring everything out?
  6. Hi All! I have a question for those in the nursing program for Fall 2025. What is the schedule like? Do you have to do night classes/clinicals? Or is the schedule set morning times? I only ask because I am trying to sign up for a volunteer position at a hospital that has a set day and time needed and want to prepare on the off-chance I do get in for Spring 2026. Silly to ask, even though theres no for sure if I am getting in or not. Thanks in advance ?
  7. Hi! You can go on the nursing page for whatever school you want to apply to and look at the equivalency grid/articulation grid for courses. Here's the link to arcs articulation grid. I wasn't seeing straighter line but you can also email ARC nursing with the email found on their website. I highly recommend getting your pre-reqs done at a school that's on the list so you don't waste time and/or money. Good luck! https://arc.losrios.edu/arc/main/doc/ARC-Instruction/ARC-Health-and-Education-Division/ARC-Nursing/ARC-Nursing-Program-Articulation-Grid-6-27-17(0).pdf
  8. Every time I get an email from this thread I see "allnurses" and "American River College" in the email heading and I freak out thinking they emailed ?
  9. *** mine did too. I was gonna be so upset if it didn't. I'm just glad all my paperwork's right! Otherwise I was gonna trip out bc I wouldn't know what I did wrong ?
