caribbean nursing schools graduates

I have been searching for a forum that addresses those of us trained in the small islands of the caribbean eg Barbados, St Vincent etc and can't find any so far. Does anyone have any pointers as to how graduate nurses like us can find employment in Australia, Canada, U.K etc.

I forgot i have 14 yrs nursing experience in my country but have been out for 5 years due to circumstances. Can i be advised as to if there are any international agencies/recruiters who would hire me under the circumstances.I do need a break here.

for the US the starting point would be https://allnurses.com/forums/f75/primer-all-wish-work-us-160143.html

for the UK NMC Internet Working in the UK - Home

Things are hard at the moment in the UK to get a work permit and you have to complete NMC requirements before you can apply for a job and things if you are foreign trained outside of the EU at the moment is very hard on the job front. Check out the UK forum

the first thing is to decide where you want to work. Like I said things in the UK are very hard at the moment even for UK trained nurses and students just qualifying. Once you have decided that would then be the starting point on our process to move to that country

Good luck in whatever you decide
