I have a bachelors in psychology and went back for an associates in nursing when I realized I wasn't going to make much money. But now I am not sure what to do. Do I get my masters in psych or nursing? What is more beneficial?

What kind of work do you want to do? That's the more important question. You'll never be happy doing work you don't want to do -- regardless of how much it paid. So ... what kind of work do you want to do?

Pick a career direction that involves doing work that you find fulfilling. Then learn how to make money at it -- and better manage the money the make.
