career coach

Hello

Can anybody recommend a career coach that knows at least a little about becoming a CRNA? Also, I can't afford much since I'm a student, so please let me know if you know of anybody that will work with me on that. Thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean by "career coach". I would recommend going to the aana website, looking up accredited programs in the area you would like to apply, and then looking at what their admission requirements are. Basic requirements usually include completion of a BSN program with a gpa > 3.0, >1 year of current ICU experience, and a GRE score (not all, but most programs require this).

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Good luck!

God Bless.

Soonershok, I appreciate your PM, but I can't respond to you via PM. I guess I haven't added enough threads to have that capability. I really just want somebody to look at and critique my resume. Where are you a student? Thank you for your willingness to help. jla11

Hi Wapanther11,

I just really want somebody who can critique my resume. I really don't need all that a career coach offers. Thank you for the info. Jla11

Bring it to a college or universities writing center or career center. Especially if it's a public institution, they'll likely see you regardless and often have walk in hours
