Career Change Suggestions Wanted

I have been a nurse for seventeen years with a five year sabbatical from nursing before returning to the field a year and a half ago. Now I am beginning to wonder if I made a mistake by doing so. :rolleyes:

What career choices -- other than medical -- can nurses who want a career change go into? I tend to get along much better with men than I do women, so what jobs would you suggest in predominantly male occupied jobs?
