I am an experienced RN who recently moved to a new state. I applied for a job online and at the end of the application process I was asked to answer some extra questions. I started the questions only to realize this was the dreaded Career Battery Test. Ive never taken one before and had no idea what to expect and it was also too late to stop.
I answered the questions the same way I would at a face to face interview. Im good but not the best, Others utilize my knowledge and skill but i'm not "the person". Basically I tried to avoid sounding arrogent and conceited as that would never get you a good in a face to face interview.
I then read online that this was exactly the wrong approach. Was I suppose to rate myself 10/10, never makes mistakes, Stongly agress or disagress with statements? Has anyone taken this exam recently and if so could you share how you answered and if you passed.
