Follow the chain of command with an objective report of the alleged bullying with dates, places, times, names, verbatim quotes, and gestures. Only when internal entities are informed and a satisfactory result is not reached in a timely manner do we inform outside resources, such as the Dept. of Labor or Employment Security.
