I am looking into becoming an RN at the University of Wyoming. I am looking into getting a Bachelor's degree for Nursing but I have also heard that if I have a bachelors degree in something else, I can fasttrack my Bachelors degree for Nursing into two years instead of four. Is this true or was I just misinterpreting what I read? Im looking for any and all advice thanks so much!

You would do well to contact the University of Wyoming for that specific university's policies and programs. But yes, there are 'accelerated' and 'second degree' nursing programs that take into account your previous degree and help you fast-track to a BSN.
