Care Plans Tonight

Well I am going to be starting care plans tonight in school. I am actually almost excited about it after reading all the posts and advice from Daytonite. I also have vital signs check off, wish me luck.

Well tonight was kind of a bust, we did not get the info we needed to actually write a care plan, we got a sheet with some correct and some incorrect nursing diagnosis on it and was told to pick one or two and write a care plan.
