Im so horrible at them. I do them over and over and its just not sticking, i seem to understand while the teaching is talking and i get home to write it and i go blank. did anyone else feel like this. im in second level, almost half way done. i have a big one to do for Monday, and im so confused. anyone wanna help.

I think the best way to formulate a NCP is to find a good example of one for your problem, and observe the flow of information.

I started using NANDA, then got a palm-tx where I have nxdx10 (same as NANDA, but you get your relevant info in 1/10 the time). I can get a "general" NCP from that, then I fill it out more, adding details where necessary, omitting details where necessary. After a while, it becomes second nature. I now can get the majority of it without reference.
