Care Plan text book - Help

I am trying to locate a text book on care plans that has in it nursing interventions that are grouped in 3-4 categories including

independent nursing interventions

Dependent nursing interventions

colloborative nursing interventions

I last used this book in college and its has since gone missing, almost every nursing diagnosis has a page full of interventions with interventions and their rationale classified using the above ▲ ● .

Any suggestion in terms of author or title would be very helpful.

Thank you in advance

Lynda Carpenito is the author of one that I use she has a couple of different ones try searching the online bookstores. My instructor had one that had clinical nursing in the title.

Thank you to all who replied, yes its the one by Ackley... I have sourced one,

Nursing Diagnosis Handbook, Betty J. Ackley and Gail B. Ladwig, 7th edition, its a great book, with each nursing intervention backed up with Evidence / evidence based nursing. Thanks again.
