So I'm having a little bit of trouble whilst studying for a test I have tomorrow on different cardiac arrhythmias. We basically have to be able to identify them and write the names of them, and I'm pretty much alright with it but am having real trouble with one in particular and the answers are not in the book (which is pretty ridiculous, as it's supposed to be our study guide). I asked another student and they said that it was A. fib, but it looks regular to me and there are (kinda?) P-waves. If it is A. fib, can someone explain why? If not, what is this??

Without seeing the strip, how are we supposed to help you?
If it's atrial fibrillation, it will DEFINITELY not be regular. That should be easy to measure. Is it or is it not irregular?
