My Aunt who is 63 years old, was diagnosed with carcinosarcoma last week. Anyone heard of this? The gynecologist said it is a very aggressive and hard to treat cancer. I am thinking this cancer is the same as malignant mixed mesodermal tumors..My Aunt has cancer in her ovaries and uterus, plus a spot on the colon. The gynecologist said this particular cancer involves the ligaments of the pelvis and such. My family is trying to find information on this. If anyone can be of assistance to me, I would appreciate it...
Thanks,
