What is difference between NRS490 Vs 493?

Can anyone give an example of what they did for their capstone project, and what it was like to do 50 hours of community experience and 50 hours of leadership experience? They emailed me this week, 7 months before the start of my capstone, to get started on the process.... sorta freaked me out.

Any insight would be appreciated, and if you live in NJ perhaps you can help me identify a preceptor?
