I'm considering applying to an L&D position at CRMC. The two year commitment is unappealing though. What are the consequences of breaking the commitment? How are you guys liking your jobs?

if you break the commitment you will have to pay back the money that was spent to train you during orientation. I believe its somewhere around 10,000 if you leave after a year. if you leave before a year its more.
