Capella University RN to BSN

I wanted to know does anyone know if Capella University's RN to BSN program is accepted in California? How does this online program work? For worked for you?

The CA BRN website only lists approved prelicensure RN programs. They list RN to BSN programs as "for informational purposes only" and "These RN to BSN/MSN programs are neither approved nor endorsed by the Board of Registered Nursing. For specific information, please contact the programs directly."
