I was accepted into CFCC for the 2022 FALL term and I've had some worries about the difficulty of the program. Has anyone gone through it that can give me their experience? My main worry is the extremely high attrition rate and how hard it supposedly is to make a B average. I am worried that I will be ruining my chances at a MSN later down the line if I mess up my GPA. I was referencing average NCLEX scores over the last 10 years and CFCC has the highest out of all Universities and Community Colleges in the state. Which I know implies that it will be overtly challenging to make it through.
I replied immediately asking what number I was and they said they couldn't tell! Both of you either got accepted or alternate! I'm going to gauge my number based on that! LOL
Ugh!! I want to know what their process is behind this if all alternates got an email at the same time or it's based on last name. I have a lot of questions ? so when do the alternates know if they got a spot?
Ugh! They're driving me crazier than they already have this week ?? I'm refreshing my email like my life depends on it. What makes me mad is when you asked them a question they responded immediately ??

I am sorry that you did not get the acceptance. Don't give up, people are admitted from the waitlist all the time. I was really upset when I was rejected from uncw. Don't beat yourself up. Hold your head up and try again.
Reading these comments is bringing me back to the anxiety of waiting to hear something! I got an email saying I was accepted and then got a letter in the mail a few days later, not sure how they do it now. As far as alternates, they would tell you what number you are if you went in to the office personally but not over the phone, again not sure how they do it now. All of our alternates got in. As people decline their seat, they go down the list and notify you that you're accepted. Sending good vibes to every one ?
