Wow, can't believe how fast the past year shot by! Some random thoughts:
- I love my job.
- Amazed at how much better my time management has become.
- Looking forward to continuing to learn every day.
- Very happy that I rarely miss a stick on the 1st try.
- Love the autonomy of my er and all of our standing orders.
- Very happy with my colleagues. Only a couple of chew 'em up & spit 'em out rns who don't bother me. The er docs are awesome & so are the attendings & residents.
Life is good, really good. I'm gonna take a nap and then off to work. Friday night in the ER, think there's a full moon too. Can't believe they pay me to do this stuff.
